Ingredients & Method

Ingredients

  • Jaggery – 50 gram
  • Lemon – 1 no
  • Cold water – 1 cup
  • Black salt – 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Ice cubes – 4-5 cubes

Method

  • Firstly, take a jaggery and grate them nicely. Then take a grinding jar and add grated jaggery into it.
  • Now, take lemon and remove seeds from it. Then squeeze the lemon properly. Further add mint leaves, ginger, cold water, black salt and ice cubes.
  • Cover and grind it properly. After grind, take a bowl and strainer and then strain the juice nicely.
  • For serving, take a glass add ice cubes and fill the glass with sugarcane juice. Here delicious sugarcane juice is ready to serve.
