Ingredients

  • Boil potatoes – 5-6 nos.
  • Onion – 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Oregano – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cheese – 1 cube (grated)
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Method

  • Take a bowl, add boil potato and with the help of fork mash it nicely. Further add onion, capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, salt as per taste, grated cheese, corn flour and mix everything properly.
  • Take a ¼ portion of mixture and make a ball. Gently flatten using fingers, place a mozzarella cheese. Cover it neatly with the potato mixture.
  • Now, dip into corn flour slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Once the oil is preheated, carefully add cheese balls into the hot oil.
  • Fry till golden, and crisp from all the sides on medium heat. Transfer fried balls to absorbent paper.
