Ingredients

  • Water – for boil
  • Macaroni (uncooked) – 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion – 1 small no.
  • Chopped green chillies - 1-2 nos.
  • Chopped capsicum – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato – 1 cup
  • Boiled corns – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Cheese – 1 cube
  • Cilantro leaves – a handful

Method

  • Boil water in a wok, add salt, oil, water and uncooked macaroni, cook for 6-7 minutes. Strain the pasta and add oil, coat the pasta well to avoid it from sticking.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste, add onions and cook until translucent. Add green chillies, capsicum, carrot and sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes and corns and cook until tomatoes are mushy.
  • After that add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and dry mango powder, salt to taste and mix it well. Further add tomato ketchup and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add water as required, bring to a boil and lower the flame. Add the boiled macaroni mix well and stir. Further add grate processed cheese and cook for a minute.
  • Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
