Ingredients
- Boiled potato – 4-5 nos.
- Boiled peas – ½ cup
- Coriander cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 1 no. (chopped)
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Cilantro leaves - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Method
- Take a bowl, add potato and mashed them well. Further add boiled peas.
- Then add coriander cumin powder, garam masala, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix till well combined.
- Further, take a two bread slices and apply butter on it. Then apply green chutney on bread.
- Now, place a portion of the potato mixture over each slice of bread and spread it evenly. And then place the remaining slice of bread over them to make sandwich. Apply butter on top.
- After that, heat an electric griller. Place the sandwich on it & apply butter on top. Grill for 2-3 minutes or till golden.
