Ingredients
- Green chillies (chopped) – 2 nos
- Grated cabbage – 1 cup
- Tomato (chopped) – ½ cup
- Cilantro leaves – ½ cup
- Cheese as required
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Green chutney – 1 tbsp
- Bread slice – 4 pcs
Method
- Firstly take a bowl, add green chillies, grated cabbage, tomato, cilantro leaves, and cheese as you required. Mix it well. Further add chaat masala and mix it again.
- Then add mayonnaise in that add green chutney and mix it properly.
- Further take bread slice and put it on a board, apply mayonnaise on both the bread slice.
- Then add stuffing on both slice & cover with another bread slice. Grill the toaster from both the side. Put sandwich in a toaster. Cover it for 5 minutes. After grill open it and take them out.
