Ingredients

  • Green chillies (chopped) – 2 nos
  • Grated cabbage – 1 cup
  • Tomato (chopped) – ½ cup
  • Cilantro leaves – ½ cup
  • Cheese as required
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Green chutney – 1 tbsp
  • Bread slice – 4 pcs

Method

  • Firstly take a bowl, add green chillies, grated cabbage, tomato, cilantro leaves, and cheese as you required. Mix it well. Further add chaat masala and mix it again.
  • Then add mayonnaise in that add green chutney and mix it properly.
  • Further take bread slice and put it on a board, apply mayonnaise on both the bread slice.
  • Then add stuffing on both slice & cover with another bread slice. Grill the toaster from both the side. Put sandwich in a toaster. Cover it for 5 minutes. After grill open it and take them out.
  • Serve and garnish with cheese.
