Ingredients

  • Bajra Rotla – 2 pcs
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – ½ tsp
  • Onion – ½ cup
  • Capsicum – 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Curd – ½ cup
  • Water as required

Method

  • Frist crumble the rolta in a bowl. Now take a pan, after get heat oil add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion and sauté it till onion gets light pink color.
  • After that add capsicum, spring onion and mix it well. Add red chilli paste and mix well.
  • Then add tomato, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it properly. Now, add red chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Now, add crumble rotlo and mix it properly. Then add curd and mix well.
  • Ready to serve.
