Ingredients

  • Dry red chilies – 1 cup
  • Water for soak – 2 cup
  • Garlic cloves – 6 to 7
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – 4 to 5
  • Cloves – 2 to 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

  • Take a bowl add red chilies and water for soak the dry chilies. Soak it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • After that add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves, salt to taste. Now take them in a mortar. Then grind the red chili with the help of pestle.
  • Further take a pan add oil, then add red chili paste and mix it properly.
  • Tikhi Lal Mirch Chutney is ready to serve.
