Ingredients & Method

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 1 bowl
  • Water – 5 cups
  • Carom seeds – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds – ½ tsp
  • Green chilli paste – ½ tsp
  • Cilantro paste – 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda – a pinch

Method

  • Take a pan, add water into it cook till one boil. Then add cumin seeds, carom seeds, salt to taste, sesame seeds, green chilli paste and stir it once.
  • Now, cover the lead and cook it for 3 – 4 minutes. Then open the lid and add fresh cilantro paste and baking soda. Mix it well.
  • Further add rice flour step by step and mix it well. Remember that there no remain any kind of flour.
  • Now, mix it properly with a rolling pin and cover and cook it for 5 – 6 minutes. After open the lead stirs it once.
  • Now take them in a bowl and pour peanut oil and sprinkle pickle masala. Ready to serve.
