Ingredients & Method

Ingredients

  • For stuffing:
  • Maggi (semi-cooked) 1 packet
  • Maggi masala sachet – 1 packet
  • Chopped onion – 1 nos.
  • Capsicum chopped - ½ nos.
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tbsp.
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp.
  • Chopped green chilli - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste.
  • For batter :
  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Crushed uncooked Maggi - as required
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Boil Maggi in a cup of water till semi cooked. Keep aside to cool.
  • Make thin batter using gram flour, corn flour, salt and water as required.
  • Prepare the filling for the pakodas by mixing the Maggi along with all the ingredients mentioned for the stuffing.
  • Make balls of the stuffing mixture dip into the batter and then coat with the crushed uncooked maggi.
  • Add pakodas, & deep fry these balls till golden brown and take them out.
  • Serve them hot with chilli tomato sauce.
