Description

Ingredients

    For Gulab Jamun
  • Gits gulab jamun pack of 200 gms.
  • Water ½ cup
  • Ghee
  • For Sugar syrup
  • Sugar 4 cups
  • Water 4 cups
  • Crushed green cardamoms 4
  • Saffron a pinch

Method

  • Take ready mix in a bowl, add water and mix it well
  • Take ghee in hand and knead soft dough
  • Cover the dough and keep for 10 minutes
  • For sugar syrup, take a pot add water and sugar
  • Cook till sugar mixes with water, keep stirring
  • Once the sugar gets mixed, add cardamoms, saffron and keep it aside
  • To fry gulab jamun heat ghee in a pan
  • Knead the dough little more
  • Make balls from the dough, there should be no cracks
  • Once the ghee is heated, add gulab jamun to fry at low flame
  • When gulab jamun turns golden brown from all the sides, take them out
  • Now add gulab jamun to the sugar syrup, keep it for an hour
