- Ingredients:
- Full fat milk – 1 ltr
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Basmati Rice – 1.5 tbsp
- Saffron – 1 pinch
- Charoli – 2-3 tbsp
- Pistachio Slices – 1tsp
- Almond – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder – ¼ tbsp
- Ghee – 1tsp
Method
- Take a bowl, add Basmati rice and wash it.
- Soak it for 10 mints
- Now, take a pan add ghee and full fat milk
- Stir it till one boil
- After one boil, cook on low flame for 5 minutes
- Add pinch of saffron and mix
- Remove water from rice bowl and dry it
- Add rice in a bowl and mix with ghee
- Add rice into milk and cook
- Cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame
- Stir it till all rice mix with mixture
- Add sugar and mix well and boil it for 2-3 minutes
- After cook add charoli, pistachio slices and almond
- Turn off the flame, then add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well
