There are many ways Coconut Ladoo (also known as Nariyal ke Laddu in Hindi) can be made. Prepare these tasty melt-in-the-mouth sweets, serve them as a sweet snack and watch them disappear in seconds. Desi gabbar gets you the recipe for Coconut ladoo. Here you go!
Pour milk into a pan and heat over medium heat until it boils. Once the milk is boiling, add the sugar and whisk until the sugar has melted completely.
Cook over a low heat. Next, incorporate the grated coconut and thoroughly blend. Stir until the color lightens. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then add the milk powder and stir thoroughly one more.
The coconut mixture is ready, but you can alternatively skip the milk powder. After that add cardamom powder and mix it. Put them aside for a moment to cool. Once the mixture has cooled, take a tiny bit and shape it into a medium-sized ladoo. Every Ladoo is prepared in the same way.
Next, sprinkle some pistachio on top of each Ladoo after coating them all in dry coconut. You can also add a drop of food colour for a nicer appearance. Put some saffron strain on ladoos.
Juicy and soft coconut ladoo is ready to serve.
