Chili Garlic Noodles

Description

Chilli garlic noodles tastes delicious and will get you to have more cravings. It is fairly easy to make Indo Chinese dish of stir fried noodles. Noodles loaded with veggies makes it healthy. Ingredients & Method

Ingredients

  • Hakka noodles 300gms
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp.
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp.
  • Thinly sliced onion 1 cup
  • Finely chopped green chili 2 tbsp.
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Shredded cabbage 1 ½ cup
  • Yellow bell pepper ½ cup
  • Red bell pepper ½ cup
  • Green bell pepper ½ cup
  • Spring onion
  • Vinegar 2 tsp.
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Red chili sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Green chili sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper 1 tsp.

Method

  • To cook noodles, take a pot and add enough water
  • Once the water starts boiling add salt and noodles
  • Strain the noodles once they are 90% cooked
  • Drizzle little oil so that noodles don’t stick
  • Take a pan, add sesame oil
  • Once the oil is hot add garlic, onion, green chili, sauté till the onions are transparent
  • Add carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, cabbage
  • Mix everything well, add spring onion whites, red chilli sauce, green chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar pepper
  • Mix everything well and add cooked noodles
  • Stir fry at medium flame for 10 mins, add spring onion greens.
