Ingredients

  • Bajra flour (Pearl millet) – 2 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup
  • Cilantro – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds – ½ tsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil

Method

  • Take a bowl, add bajra flour, fenugreek leaves, cilantro, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, chopped green chilli, curd and salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Now, add water as required and mix it properly
  • Make a medium thick better
  • Then, grease a pan with oil, and make small chilla & apply oil on sides.
  • Cook & turn on the other sides & again apply oil on it.
  • Cook till they turns into golden brown.
  • Take them out.
  • Ready to serve.
