Ingredients

  • Gooseberry (Amla) – 3 to 4 nos
  • Garlic cloves – 5 to 6
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Fresh cilantro leaves – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 4 nos
  • Cumin powder – 2 tsp
  • Black salt – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Method

  • Firstly, take a mixing jar, add chopped gooseberry (amla), garlic clove, ginger, cilantro leaves, green chilli, cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice.
  • Now add salt to taste and water as required. Then grind them. Make a smooth chutney.
  • Amla chutney is ready to serve.
