MTR Mixed Vegetable Curry

A savory mixed vegetable curry made of tomatoes, beans, carrots, green peppers, peas, paneer cheese and spices. This dish is wonderful with rice and naan. Easy to prepare; just heat the vacumn sealed foil packet in boiling water, or empty the contents and microwave.
