PRAN Olive Pickle

This olive pickle is made with traditional Assamese style. It is prepared from the spices of ginger, garlic and chili flavour. It is a mild spicy and tangy flavour. It is used mainly in making delicious, tangy pickles and chutneys and is a summer favourite in most parts of the North East.
