NIRAV Mango Chutney

Semi ripe mangoes are used in this mango chutney to make it sweet and tangy. There is also ginger in it so there is a fresh ginger flavor in the chutney. If you want you can even make this chutney with unripe sour mangoes or ripe sweeet mangoes. Just add the sugar accordingly the sweetness of the mangoes
