Rogan Josh is a 'real curry'. Hearty, rich and flavoursome, with a medium spiciness. The dish originated from the Kashmir region of India, and like many Indian dishes there are many different variations. this version uses a special blend of turmeric, paprika and coriander with other spices and of course tomato puree, to create a deliciously tasty, rich and aromatic dish.
