SASAF Leaves Tarragon

Tarragon has a strong flavor that adds taste to poultry, meat and seafood, and in particular to mushrooms. It is used to flavor vinegar or oil for salad dressings. Tarragon is slightly peppery and has a taste that's somewhat similar to fennel, anise and licorice.
