Description

Ingredients

  • Gond – ½ cup
  • Clarified butter (ghee) – 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut – ½ cup
  • Crushed dryfruits – 1 tbsp
  • Ganthola powder – 1 tbsp
  • Dry ginger powder – 1 tbsp

Method

  • In a heavy bottom pan, heat some clarified butter (ghee) and roast crushed gond on medium flame.
  • Now add jaggery into it and mix till jaggery melts. Further add dry ginger powder, ganthola powder, crushed dryfruits, desiccated coconut and mix it well. Cook on medium flame.
  • Start making ladoo (greased hand) when the mixture is still hot / warm.
  • Enjoy gond ladoo for a month when stored in airtight container.
