Ingredients
- Puffed rice – 1 bowl
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Peanuts – ¼ cup
- Gram dal – 2 tbsp
- Cashew – 10 halves
- Dry coconut slice – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2 to 3
- Curry leaves – 6 to 7
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
Method
- Take a pan, add puffed rice and dry roast on medium flame and transfer in a bowl.
- Take another pan add oil, peanuts and roast on low flame. Add gram dal, cashew and roast them on low flame.
- Now add dry coconut slice and roast on low flame. Further add green chilies, curry leaves and sauté it. Add salt as per taste.
- Then add turmeric powder and sauté on low flame. Further add roasted puffed rice. Mix it gently and make sure they do not break.
- Add sugar and mix it well.
