Ingredients

  • Boil potatoes – 5-6 nos.
  • Boil black chickpeas – 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pani puri masala – 1 tsp
  • Black salt – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Curd – as required
  • Tamarind chutney – as required
  • Sev
  • Pomegranate
  • Onion
  • Cilantro leaves

Method

  • Take a bowl, add potatoes, black chickpeas, salt as per taste, panipuri masala, black salt and mix everything well. Further add red chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Now, break the top of the pani puri with thumb and fill in the cavity with the prepared masala aloo and put it in a plate.
  • After that, fill with curd, tamarind chutney, sev, pomegranate & onion. Furhtermore, sprinkle some pani puri masala and fresh cilantro leaves.
  • Serve dahi puri as soon as you make it as the puris become soggy if you serve even after a few minutes.
