Ingredients
- Boil potatoes – 5-6 nos.
- Boil black chickpeas – 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Pani puri masala – 1 tsp
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Curd – as required
- Tamarind chutney – as required
- Sev
- Pomegranate
- Onion
- Cilantro leaves
Method
- Take a bowl, add potatoes, black chickpeas, salt as per taste, panipuri masala, black salt and mix everything well. Further add red chilli powder and mix it well.
- Now, break the top of the pani puri with thumb and fill in the cavity with the prepared masala aloo and put it in a plate.
- After that, fill with curd, tamarind chutney, sev, pomegranate & onion. Furhtermore, sprinkle some pani puri masala and fresh cilantro leaves.
